- Return Deadline
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after this period will not be accepted. - Return Eligibility
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The item must be brand new and unused.
The item must have all tags and packaging with it.
Items that cannot be returned include: promotional items. - Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Prepare the Returned Item: Place the item, along with its original packaging, accompanying tags, and the Return Authorization number, in a package.

- Refund Processing
Once we receive and confirm your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
- Shipping Policy
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrectly shipped.
If you choose to return or exchange goods due to our error, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
- Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the item you wish to exchange when returning the item. Our customer service team will process your exchange request as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
- Restrictions
